The following cleanup tags are to be used before, during, and after proposing a move on Wikipedia:Requested moves.

Requesting controversial and potentially controversial moves

Discuss a contested page title on the article's talk page under Project:Requested moves before performing the move. State the current title, proposed title, reasons and sources. Templates mark the discussion; they do not move the page or approve the proposal.

Propose a move	Project:Requested moves	Keep the proposal and responses in one linked talk-page section. Follow Project:Article titles and the existing conduct response periods.
Mark a move discussion	Requested move	Read the local documentation and supply the intended title and rationale. Check that the displayed discussion link reaches the actual proposal.
Request help with a blocked move	Help:Moving pages	Ask an administrator if a protected page or occupied destination prevents an agreed move. Do not delete or overwrite an occupied target merely to bypass review.

When the discussion ends, record the outcome and update links or notices as needed. Preserve the page history and contributor attribution.

You can help fix this in one of the following ways:

Rename the file locally using {{rename media}}.
Due to T30299, if the Commons file is renamed, it will override the local file.
Copy to Wikimedia Commons if it is a freely licensed or public domain media. See Moving files to Commons for more information.
If the Commons file is substantially similar and of lower quality than the local file, you may want to overwrite the Commons file with the local one.
Nominate the Commons file for deletion if it doesn't meet their copyright or inclusion criteria.
Nominate the file for deletion if it is not usable or for example it is the same resolution or of lower-quality than the one on Commons.

This template should only be used in pages in the file namespace.
