The pacifier isn't gimballed, it is very easy to land shots consistently over 1.5km if not as far as 3 km with it. It has a higher shot velocity than pa's (1000ms vs 850ms) and unless you're using it on a t10 you will not have any problem landing shots over 200m lol. You say "Even at 200m, most of the frag cannons's damage misses. I'm not even sure much of it hits at half this".... You realise 200m is point blank right? 100m is basically touching for all intesive purposes in this game. Not trying to be rude I just get the impression you are confusing this with another weapon or something because your description doesn't make sense, and I would hate for other cmdrs to get the wrong impression about what is one of the better power specific weapons.
