This section is shared with Project:Template index/Moving. Discuss a contested page title on the article's talk page under Project:Requested moves before performing the move. State the current title, proposed title, reasons and sources. Templates mark the discussion; they do not move the page or approve the proposal.

When the discussion ends, record the outcome and update links or notices as needed. Preserve the page history and contributor attribution.
