If you are on a PC you will need to go to options -> controls -> scroll down to heading "Camera suite" and expand the group and bind at least "toggle camera suite", "next camera", "previous camera", and "enter free camera". Then expand the grouping below "Camera suite" titled "Free camera" and then bind keys to all of the functions there.
