But wouldn't that mean that any group could be allowed to have a page simply by putting that their activities are "classified"? Also, consider that any page without facts to back it up are an unknown. You wouldn't be able to know if it's real or not if there was no evidence to support it. At one point in time, the Imperial Courier page was a candidate for deletion due to the lack of information around it.
