It seems a sensible way to organise it, and the Wiki's category system can help with the grouping of related blueprints.
How about I create a a couple of Blueprints in a proposed hierarchy and get you guys to review it? If you think it looks good, I can go ahead and create the remaining blueprints over the coming weeks.
From what I see it might be better to have a navbox, similar to {{ShipNavbox}} no? That way you have a simple way to go between the articles.
