Usage
For use on templates which call {{Infobox settlement}}.
It causes them to be in Category:Templates calling Infobox settlement (0).
There is one optional argument, |wrapped=. Set |wrapped=1 to indicate that the template uses Module:Template wrapper around {{Infobox settlement}} and already accepts all parameters that {{Infobox settlement}} does.
