Armed with two large multicannons, this thing is an absolute mincer. It slices, it dices, it doesn't care about your shields, and unless you have military or reactive armour, you won't last long enough to run.
I've only been destroyed a few times, and about half of them due to running into one of these with an NPC with two multicannons. I thought I'd be fine: my asp has decent shields. Nope. Shields down, hull shredding like crepe paper, I got about two or three seconds to realise I wasn't getting away until my screen cracked and I blew up. Has it been nerfed since then?
