You would have to ask the devs that one but all I know is that there was another source/leak that said the t10 had 2 small 3 med and 4 large weps and the video shows that it has 2 used weapon slots that have small weps in them.. The video showed that it had 2 small 1 med and 4 large weapon slots EMPTY. This is the key that I think you missed. It is fairly well known that this ship has 9 hardpoints from the various info we have seen up to this point.
