dude, i have a vette, and i got this the other night along with a buddy(its what he could afford to get and a rate for larger cargo/combat missions), and, 1v1 i have had zero issue taking down elite vetts using 2*L ax 2L efficent heal beams, 2s heal beams(efficent), 2m heal beams(same) and a rank3 mc turret...it works even better with all 4 large mounts heal beams, and the rest corrosive high cap mc..
for pve its a fucking beast, with g3 dirty drives(drag drives) you can dogfight fdl's no problem at all... turets are your friend in this, "target only" mode ;)
honestly.... since the spec upgrade, its beastly, even with my 7c biweave setup i can 1v1 elite corvettes and never have my shields go down... things far from trash....cannot wait to unlocked g5dd for it.. not kidding... its also an amazing mining ship.... 30sec astroids are depleted.. and you just sit back and relax hehe..
my recomendation, all M slots set with max ammo+corrosive, for starters though, just use large AX turrets..they strip shields and armor pretty well for pve(even testing against my buddies setup, he was impressed what the 4 large ax did..
