Depends on what you would label benefits. Once you hit elite trader you have a nice pileup of cash, you would get to do elite smuggling and trading missions which can pay out quite nicely as well as increase your rank with a faction, and if you havent already you would get access to founders world which gives access 10% discounts on all ships and modules.

So there are a few upticks :)
