But this might make the people who don't want or can't afford horizons mad that these ships are useless. This could be avoided by making a kind of dock for huge ships that floats next to the star port and doesn't have a letter slot, because lets face it. If it's bigger than a T9 which has a maneuverability rating of 0, it can't fit in a tiny rotating door.
