Changed the bit about multiple banks firing off at once; in the current version (7/18/2018) they fire off one at a time. I left in the part about only having one bank switched on at a time; that's still a useful tip given how much wattage they draw from the reactor.
Got another question, actually: does a Cell Bank that's run out of charges still draw from the reactor? Do you have to turn it off manually to get that wattage back?
