It is also appearantly VERY good at taking down reverb torpedoes. when I first saw this effect I assumed it was just really poor english referring to management of the ship's ammunition reserves. what it actually does is turn your frag cannon into a very large, manually operated point defense, without sacraficing any damage, AND it massively increases reload time. VERY underrated exp effect
