I have a fully upraded python and I can tell you right now that 28.81 LY jump range is not true. For a fully upgraded python the maximum jump range you get will be between 16-18 LY assuming you have all class A gear and your hardpoints and utility mounts filled out. you will not get 28 LY without sacraficing modules and hardpoints. I tried to change it once already but somone appears to have changed it back
