Shield capacity, the effect of increased shield power flow, Hull resistance values, hull hit points, equipment hitpoints, weapon penetration numbers (what % or depth does armour penetration of A, B C provide?), weapon mount position and fields of fire, equipment size/grade information when purchasing a new ship.
All this information is hidden behind "x out of 10" or grade A-F gear "quality/effectiveness", and it stinks.
