I updated the wiki for all the powerplay weapons and got them up to date with the current version of the game as for Nov 2018.
Here are my own impressions (i.e. just my opinion!) on where the powerplay rewards stand.
Very good, gains outweigh drawbacks: Advanced Plasma Accelerator, Pacifier Frag Cannon, Pack Hound Missile Rack
Good, but gains don't quite compensate for their drawbacks: Imperial Hammer, Enforcer Cannon, Prismatic Shield Generator
Average, situationally decent but somewhat unlikely to find much use: Cytoscrambler, Pulse Distruptor, Containment Missile
Weak, difficult to use and probably not worth it atm: Mining Lance, Retributor
