Does anyone know the source for this information? I'm a bit of a lore nerd and I'm currently doing research into how sub-light tech in the Elite universe works, and info is a bit thin on the ground. This particular statement interests me as, while it makes sense to an extent (despite the thruster discharge in-game being the wrong colour for this explanation), I'm not sure if it is referenced from an official source or not.
