"Training them is MUCH better than hiring them at rank." - why though? the amount of "profit share" (and XP!!) they claim (all the time!) mounts up so much, it does not seem worth it, ever (and if you train them you are putting yourself in a bind, atleast mentally, to keep them, always, and eat up your earnings, allways). Unless your entire gameplan revolves around having crewmembers 24/7...
