Maybe they expect you to accelerate at 1g until you reach max speed, FA-off flip 180, decelerate at 1g until minimum speed, FA-off flip 180, accelerate at 1g.... you could sell the experience of the intermittent 0g as a simulation of riding over the crest of an ocean wave, like onboard the passenger liners of old; rocking you gently to sleep in your Emperor sized bed.
Mind you, while the turn part of the 'turn and burn' would be hardly noticeable in a luxury cabin located conveniently in the ships centre of mass, I wouldn't like to be the poor bastards in the economy cabins at the nose or tail of the ship. At least those 1 person sleeping pods mean it's only your own vomit you'll be rolling around in xD
