Seems only Mesosiderite drops Arsenic. Personal annecdote, mined 2 Mesosiderites and both dropped Arsenic, one even dropped 2 of them. Whilst I mined the other type of rocks for about 2 hours, got nothing.
I also got a polonium from the Mesosiderite rock also, which this page catagorizes as Very Rare and cannot drop from it.
