CMDR. FJCSANZ is clearly not aware of the notion of depowering modules that aren't in use to allow smaller sized power plants to be used. His comment about why you have one heatsink depowered for example, shows that whilst he may have flown many ships as he states, he knows little about getting the most out of them. No one needs to active heatsinks when exploring and I'd argue that you don't even need 2 heatsinks to begin with anyway as you can refill one.
