new system is terrible, i somehow get notoriety for killing a wanted pirate that attacked me, and the level apparently doesn't decay while sitting INSIDE a staion, not to mention the fact that low-security systems with stations for large ships are apparently a lot rarer than you would think...
the entire system is awful, if i'm willing to pay off my 200 CREDIT BOUNTY why should i not be able to simply fly in and do so???
