From Elite Dangerous Wiki

As per the patch notes, multi-crew bounty payouts for the players who do not own the ship being flown are not 100% of the full bounty, but are a percentage that is scaled with the combat rank of the player.  An Elite combat ranked player who joins someone else's ship will get a larger percentage of the bounty than a Harmless ranked player on the same ship with the a kill for the same base bounty amount.  The player who own's the ship will always get 100% of the bounty shown, but the multi-crew players on their ship will get a percetage of the bounty, not a full copy of the amount.  However, players who are in a wing (multiple ships each piloted by each ship's owner) will all recieve a copy of the full bounty amount provided they have at least dealt damage to the enemy ship within a reasonable timeframe.

Originally it was claimed by the developers that both multi-crew and wing members would get a full copy of the bounty but this was changed to a scaling system for multi-crew based on a very vocal section of the  community's feedback and concerns about using multi-crew to get rich quick without risks for new players.
