i use 2 large beam lasers and three seekers on my python and they are op in my opinion, while i dislike the limited supply of ammo, these things work wonders for crippling ships, use the beams for the shields and the seekers for the hull, and i have noticed that aiming for the engines seem to work best as 1 direct volley will generally render them malfucntioning if not destroyed, even for condas, (havnt fought against corvettes or cutters yet), note- the point defense is easily ignored by getting close. all in all they are extremely useful if you take the time to get used to the play style. i plan on getting the pack hounds at a later date, and will post my experience with them
