A note about unlocking the Colonia engineers:
I'd ground my way up to Grade 3 with Todd McQuinn and Elvira Martuuk, in order to unlock the two Colonia engineers they're paired with, and seen no result. A helpful soul on the forums said you actually need to get to around Grade 3-and-a-half; having hit that level I'm now seeing indication that I can go hang out with Brandon and Olmanova.
So: AFAICT, this page and the other three should include the 3-and-a-half thing, not just say "Grade 3 access or higher." Anybody else have an opinion?
