Mate, you're ignoring sunk cost. It doesn't take 10% of profit, it takes 10% of everything. If you spend 1.6 Mill and get 2 Mill, for 400K profit, it won't only take 10% of 400K (40K); it'll take 10% of 2 mill (200K). By the sound of it, your profit margin was really slim, cashing out 400K from 350K investment is only 15% markup, and you might be better off just doing missions.
