Why would I want a maxed out Type-7? The answer: 2,180,000 CR / hour.
When you maxed out your cargo hold and find a most profitable trade route - what's left to improve your profits? Flight time reduction! And that includes number of jumps and docking manoevres. High-class FSD for less jumps, high-class thrusters for a fast and docking.
That's why I go and will continue to go for a maxed tradeship. My current route's total distance is 35.35 LY, a three-point-jump with the furthest jump taking 14.9 LY - the economical route takes 9 Jumps! Back and forth it takes me less than 14 mins, including docking and cargo exchange - total gain: 545,000cr.
You either can keep considering me a fool or rethink your position.

- Max. Jump Distance: Unladen 22.85 LY / Laden 16.31 LY
- Cargo Space: 216 T
- Outfitting: No Hardpoints. A4 Powerplant, B5 Thrusters, A5 FSD, A3 Power Distributor, A3 Sensor, E4 Shields (Standard)
- Rebuy: 933,205 CR
- Total Cost: about 23,500,000 CR including sell of Type 6 (about 4,300,000 CR) and enough money for a full cargo load. To include rebuy cost and extra cargo load aim for 25,500,000 CR
