I used this on a ship that was not wanted. It showed a (secret?) 8000 cr bounty. I killed this ship and guess what? I got a 7000 cr bounty on my head for killing him. I also got a 8000 cr bounty voucher to pay me for the kill. This makes NO sense to me. Is this normal????
