Is it a bug if i can buy this ship, and the clipper with the rank: Serf?
When i was in an Independent system i could buy the Clipper without the rank requirements, but i didn't like it so i sold it.
But since then i can buy it without rank requirement in imperial systems.
I done the same with the Courier, but i like it, and still using it.
