Clipper has better manuverability and speed than an Anaconda or Python could dream of. Less cargo and jump range and dps than both, but is very capable with engineering and some skilled piloting. Lower outfitting and rebuy cost makes this a better choice than both as getting the rank (with a good grinding spot, personal favorite is Ngalinn system) is quicker than getting all the money (favorite money spot is Gang Yun, take surface scan missions, head out to Gang Yun a2a planet, scan the data point, relog, rinse and repeat). All said, if you prioritize speed and manuverability get the Clipper. If you want a very good jack of all trades, albeit sacrificing speed and handling, get Anaconda. If you want a ship that is like the midway point, get Python, a blend of manuverability and usefulness. I personally prefer Clipper because of the handling and the sweet cockpit and engine noise.
