Depends on what you expect to do with this ship. Clipper can be really nice trader, but you have to consider that you can't land on outposts, so take a good look at the systems you want to trade with.
Also, plenty internal space to fill with stuff that you want. On top of that it is extremely agile ship for its size and can be very dangerous in both PvE/PvP if used correctly, even with bad hardpoint placement and less than optimal shields (but cost quite some money to outfit, mine is 90 mil. atm). The jump range and fuel tank are just mediocre but not as painful as those of dedicated combat ships. And of course, fantastic engine sounds (might be just personal preference).
