I found the Fragment Cannon to be near unusable. The super high DPS drove to try it out (2x the cheapest fixed on my Cobra). So yeah the dps is "high" since you can fire it super fast (it's semi-auto I think, you need to click fast), BUT there's only 3 shots in the mag. And those 3 shots do fairly low damage at all even though you hit 100% from point blank range. Combine this with the ludicrous total ammo cap of 30... It's trash. If it had something like 50 shot clip and 500 max it could be an interesting weapon.
Would be interesting to hear if someone has actually managed to use it effectively.
