I agree, or it gets another large hardpoint. The Anaconda is a power house and yields the highest dps of all ships (considering only if every shot hits). The Corvette is a superheavy figther but an Anaconda is a multipurpose ship, and the imperial cutter is a superheavy multipurpose ship have roughly the same or better dps. I did the math even including modifications.
