My guess is that it will be between the size of a Clipper and the Anaconda.
Considering that the clipper costs around 20 Mil and the anaconda 140 Mil a rough guess would be that this ship will cost somewhere near the python, probably slightly higher because of the Huge hardpoints but not much because you'll need a certain federal rank to acquire it.
if the hardpoints are going to be as they stated later then this ship will not be very fun in combat until other huge weapons are introduced, my guess is that the first new huge weapon that would be introduced is a railgun, easier to handle then plasma but not something everybody is used to which makes it more of a challenge to master
