Not quite. Most players with at least half a year of dedicated game time have a couple billions in the bank. Most harcore ones are over the 6billion credits (there is a youtuber with 12B credits to spend, not assets). A casual like me is on the 500M mark, 800 million for a fully kitted Corvette is not that crazy from where I am looking. When you just jump into the game everything looks far away and really expensive, but after a while is quite easy to see what is needed to get loads of money and is funny how the habitable bubble becomes really small.
