I had gone from using a A-rated Conda in combat to the Corvette, and I have to say that I enjoy the Corvette a whole lot more than a Conda, of course it's based on skill and personal preference. Some people in my squadron prefer the Conda, but I fell in love with the Corvette the first time I saw it, and when I got it I was not disappointed with it at all. I have mine loaded out with 2 Class 4 multicannon and a Class 3 multicannon, 2 burst lasers in the mediums, and 2 turreted beam in the smalls. I've seen people complain about the small hardpoints, but I've found that turreted beams in them help a lot when dealing with small faster ships. I like it better than the Anaconda in every regard except for jump range, which is why I turned my Anaconda into a dedicated explorer.
