This article hints at it but isn't direct.
If you apply a level 1 mod to your module, say for more power, can you then apply another level 1 to the same module for heat control without losing the first one?
Further more, if you apply the Lvl 1 mod and then go for the Lvl 2 mod, same type of mod, do you lose the Lvl 1?
