The same goes for Empire powerplay contribution, too, as far as I've noticed. Pretty much no rank gain anymore (especially when you take Empire missions and they somehow end up delivering to a Federation/Alliance contact at the other end). It's honestly the most unreliable, lengthy grind I've seen in this game... kinda sad that I didn't do all my ranking up back in Oct 2015 when I started playing. And just when I got enough credits to afford a cutter, too.
