Yeah, it will be solved same as bug where War is over but you still get missions to kill other side... so you are basically screwed as you realise that only when you get to the Conflict zone. All ships are just flying around, and you can't choose side because it is "Cease fire" state in right panel. This bug is present for at least a year, so I don't really expect much from FDevs regarding this. They are "working" on so many bugs and new content, it looks they have really long coffee breaks or I don't know what is wrong there.
