Are you going to change the allocation back down from 48 when the boom state is over?
If the system is in Civil Unrest or most other states, you will get reduced levels. Are you planning on updating the allocation for this as well?
If not, don't update the allocation. This is a temporary increase.
It's far better to have the consistent lower level in the Wiki, and then when you see the system is in Boom you will know that you may get more.
