other engineer mods for power distributor need buffed. As it stands this is the best one by far (in my opinion). only 5% distributor capacity sacrafice, and in return everything else gets a massive charge speed buff. other mods give higher buffs in their respective fields, but they cripple everything else too badly to be worth it. this mod doesn't cripple anything. I used to have system focused mods on my cutter so I could reallocate power and not have to fly with 3-4 pips in systems all the time, thinking "it can't be that bad, I'll have an extra pip or 2 to bounce between engines and weapons, right?". Not really, I found that although systems was significantly enhanced, everything else started having aweful power problems. I mean, my weapons and engines made me feel like I was flying a vulture with a stock powerplant they were so bad! by the time I got it up to grade 5, I realized I HAD to fix it, so I went back to the dweller, got this mod, and the system capacater acts very close to the same, but I just have to keep the 3-4 pips in systems for my massive shields-(sigh)......BUT pips put into other systems have a much greater impact, and I don't even notice the capacity difference compared to unmodded. this mod might as well give you 2 extra pips to work with. It does not nerf/cripple ANYTHING but gives a huge buff to EVERYTHING. just my opinion
