Is there any real reason to power your cargo hatch/scoop? I mean yeah, you can sell it for whatever price the black market is willing to give you, but you run the risk of getting fined and making security hostile towards you. With the effect that unpowering your cargo hold/scoop causing all hatchbreaker limpets to fail, and the extra .6MW you get from unpowering it, unless you're specifically pirating/doing a quest that requires you to pick up cargo in space, it seems pointless. I'd rather they force you to turn your cargo hatch ON, not off. Like if i'm going full bounty hunter kit, with no cargo spaces, do i even need a cargo hatch? No, so don't have one there sucking up my much needed power
