I've been doing passenger missions since their inception and one thing i've found is that, as of yet, there is no reason to use the liners over the Anaconda, both in short and long range missions. Steering, Jump-range, Emergency combat capabilities, Shape and the great amount of internals are the reasons why i've only ever used the Anaconda in dedicated passenger usage.
