Tbh Dav's sucks because most of the stuff you get is low lvl. That said, it's much more efficient to hunt for HGEs than trade for whatever you want. Just go to a Fed systems in boom with a big pop. Now that the mechanics have changes it's much easier to find them (simply scan the nav beacon and the HGE should pop up; if none is displayed just move to the next system). The other thing that make this method very efficient is that now HGEs are permanent - at least until the timer hits zero. However, that means you can log/relog multiple times and grind the same HGE over and over again. If you arrive at one with ~20 min left, you're highly likely to be able to farm all 100 g5 components you can store in your inventory from the same HGE so pretty efficient.
Also Orrere is terrible, the terrain is mountainous and you get stuck all the time. The conda at Koli Discii is a much better option, it spawn the same high grade raw mats just like Orrere but the area is flat so no constantly getting stuck - which equal to faster grind.
For data, Robigo is good for a few particular types. But overall I simply go to the Jameson's crashed Cobra (only g4-g5 data there) at HIP 12099 1B. Then as always just trade for whatever you may need.
