Trading is not particularly fun on your own but it's actually really enjoyable in a fleet and/or with friends; I highly recomend this. Also, in terms of the ~ grind, ~ It can actually be addictive if you set yourself goals and reach them daily. In a mere two weeks I went from 100M credits to well over 400M ~ and I jumped from the T9 to the Anny. Then I met a really cool community of traders and I've been having a lot of fun; I'd been an solo trader until that point (very late in game). I'm a master @ finding trade routes so everyone appreciates my inputs which feels very rewarding and I've even submitted many tips and trick posts on Elite:Traders Reddit and on Elite:Dangerous forum. Look me up CMDR Ardavix if you want to know the ins and outs of trading from someone who knows just about everything that you'll ever need to know about trading ~ notwithstanding countless amazing trade routes (tapped and untapped).
