General rules I follow: largest internal compartment is shield generator. Second largest is Shield Cell bank for said generator. Third largest internal is fighter hangar. The rest are hull/module reinforcements. This ship would be an exception, where instead I would have to use the class 5 for a hangar, and dual class 3s for shield cells. It will still have plenty of room for reinforcements after that.
