File:Elite Dangerous - Pulse Disruptor Weapons Test

The Pulse Disruptor is the Powerplay module of Felicia Winters. It's main function is the ability to malfunction certain modules. This video demonstrates how quick it can malfunction the thrusters of a fleeing opponent.

This doesn't destroy modules, it just makes them malfunction. The first thing we tried was targeting life support but all it did was wittle away at it's health like a normal weapon. Thrusters malfunctioned very quickly upon being hit. We didn't have that much time to test, but we assume that you would be able to malfunction your opponent's weapons in the same way.
