File:Elite Dangerous - "Flight Assist Off Training" Beginner Proficiency 2

This is the second video in my Beginner series for learning how to fly without the use of Flight Assist. The lessons and exercises within represent my regiment for teaching students in Newton's Gambit (https://forums.frontier.co.uk/showthread.php/325125-Newton-s-Gambit-(100-FAOFF-Concept-Group)?highlight=newton%27s+gambiT). I tend to divide beginner FAOFF skill into 5 proficiency levels. The exercises shown here in this video comprise all of the exercises for Proficiency Level #2.

A last note: As with anything that requires the development of skill, it is best to just do it. Most full FAOFF Commanders, and those who aren't full FAOFF but use it regularly, didn't have guided training exercises. Rather, they created their own exercises to develop their skills. They just stuck to it, and eventually became proficient.
