I have two things to say and don't take this the wrong way. 1 if you mod the power plant on the cutter power for scb's wont be an issue. 2 why do you think that scb's are useless on anaconda's? I guess overall I'm saying that I would definitely put scb's on either of these ship if you are looking to do combat with them. As for which one is better? In MO the anaconda costs a lot less leaving you more money for rebuys or military armour if you so desire but the cutter sure looks a lot better :)
